Vincent Brewer (Great Barrington, MA) trained with the Albany Berkshire Ballet and Berkshire Pulse in Western Massacusetts. He continued his training at Indiana University, graduating with a B.S. in Ballet and Religious Studies in 2011 (honors). At IU, Vincent had the opportunity to dance the male leads in Valse Fantasie, Allegro Brilliante, and Glinka Pas de Trois (Balanchine), Melancholic in the Four Temperaments (Balanchine), and Cavalier, Snow King, and Trepak in Michael Vernon’s Nutcracker. Vincent has danced with The Suzanne Farrell Ballet (apprentice), Festival Ballet Providence, Dayton Ballet, and Oakland Ballet. He has performed Balanchine’s Tarantella with Eglevsky Ballet and Lorraine Chapman’s Firebird with North Atlantic Dance Theatre. This is Vincent’s first season with Island Moving Company.
