Nutcracker Season ends with a Mini at Sandywoods

Island Moving Co dancers and members of the children’s cast traveled to Tiverton on Sunday, December 7th to perform a shortened version of the Nutcracker story for small people and their parents.  The show began with some audience participation and then everyone settled in to hear IMC Chair John LaRocca read the story of the Nutcracker, with performance interspersed in the narrative.  A capacity crowd turned out for this fourth mini at Sandywoods Farm, an artists community with a lovely performance hall that hosts all kinds of music and activity.  Afterwards, the cast came out to greet the audience and take some photos.
